All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship to addresses within Australia using reputable courier and postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Leader Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping to Amazon and eBay Customers
Orders placed through Amazon or eBay are fulfilled in accordance with the shipping policies, delivery standards, and buyer protections of those platforms. In the event of any inconsistency between this Shipping Policy and Amazon or eBay policies, the relevant marketplace policy will apply to orders placed on those platforms.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. While we will assist in resolving shipping issues, Leader Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been dispatched.
